Friday, February 28 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. - Hendersonville High School FFA Student-Propagated Plant Sale. They will have herbs, some perennials, and succulents. All the plants are propagated and planted by students in our horticulture program. The hyper tufa pots that the succulents are in were made by students in greenhouse management. All profits go back into the FFA program to help provide opportunities for students to attend National and State convention, Career Development events and various other activities. From the school:  The sales from our greenhouses fund our program. We typically have a mum sale in the fall, a poinsettia sale in the Winter (which our students start in pots in August), and the biggest plant sale we have is our Spring Sale which begins the 2nd Saturday in April every year. During the Spring Sale, our greenhouses will be open from 8am-4pm Monday-Saturday. All the plants in that sale our propagated, potted and maintained by students. Our students work those sales as well learning customer service and marketing skills.

Sunday at close of Show, 5:01PM.:  Join us for our traditional End of Show Plant Sale. The Show Entry Garden often offers deeply discounted flowers, bulbs, trees and shrubs at wholesale or below.  Some of the other landscape companies and possibly select vendors may also offer discounted merchandise for a short period.  No plants may be removed from Gardens until after the close of the show, and it is entirely at the discretion of the Garden Holder as to whether or what they would like to offer for sale.
